Common questions

Is snooker still on Eurosport?
Not in the UK. Eurosport UK closed in February 2025 and its coverage moved to TNT Sports. TNT's streaming moved from discovery+ to HBO Max in March 2026.
Is the World Championship free?
Yes. The BBC shows it live across its TV channels, iPlayer and the BBC Sport website.
Why do some events have no channel?
Invitational events are sold separately from the tour's ranking events. Where a channel is not confirmed, we leave it blank rather than guess.
