These terms apply to cswsports.co.uk, run by CSW STATS LTD (company number 17251461, registered in England and Wales). By using the site you accept them.

1. The service

CSW Sports provides fixtures, results, TV information and guides for snooker, padel, squash and badminton, free of charge and without an account.

2. Accuracy

We work hard to keep everything right, but dates, venues, draws, results and TV details can change at short notice and we cannot guarantee them. Check with the organiser or broadcaster before travelling or buying anything. Guides describe the rules as we understand them; for a competition, the governing body's rules always apply.

3. Using our content

You may read, link to and share our pages. Please do not copy large parts of the site or scrape it automatically. Sports results are facts and belong to no one; our text, design and code belong to CSW Stats Ltd.

4. Links to other sites

We link to other websites, such as broadcasters and governing bodies. We are not responsible for their content.

5. Independence

CSW Sports is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to World Snooker Tour, Premier Padel, the Professional Squash Association, the Badminton World Federation, any broadcaster or any player. Event and organisation names are used only to identify them.

6. Liability

The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using it or relying on its information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
