Privacy policy

This policy explains what data cswsports.co.uk ("CSW Sports", "we") handles and why, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

The data controller is CSW STATS LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 17251461, contactable at contact@cswdarts.co.uk.

1. What we collect

Very little. There are no accounts, no sign-up and no forms on this site, so we never ask for your name, email or anything else.

Server logs. Like every website, our server records each request it receives: the page, the time, your IP address, the page you came from and your browser's name. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure and to count visits. This is necessary for the site to work (legitimate interest). The logs are deleted automatically after 14 days and are never shared.

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and delete them when the conversation is finished unless we need to keep them for a legal reason.

2. Cookies

This site sets no cookies at all. If we ever add analytics, it will only load after you agree, and this section will be updated first.

Your cookie choice itself is remembered in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, and never leaves your device.

3. Third parties

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure hosts our server in its London data centre.
• Google Fonts supplies the fonts. Your browser requests them from Google, which may log your IP address.

We do not sell data, and we do not run advertising or retargeting of our own. If advertising is ever added, this policy will be updated before it goes live.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Email contact@cswdarts.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

5. Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. The site accepts no uploads and stores nothing a visitor sends.

6. Children

The site is suitable for all ages and collects no personal data from anyone, including children.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
