| Where | ExCeL London |
| Tour | HYROX, UK race |
Five days of racing at ExCeL London, from Wednesday 2 to Sunday 6 December 2026, with singles, doubles and relay waves through each day.
Tickets are sold through the official HYROX website, and the UK races often sell out well before race week.
Every HYROX race is the same: eight 1 km runs, each followed by a workout station. See what is HYROX, the weights for every division and what counts as a good time.
The draw goes up here as soon as it is made, and results are added as each match finishes.
